Systematic training, on-the-job training, and regular communication lead to a high level of personal commitment.

Qualified, competent, informed and motivated employees – Know How – are a necessary requirement for our competitiveness and acceptance of our customers

The quality activities include besides of further educations also on-the-job training and practice by experienced colleagues. The measures can be realized individual-related, department-related or in regard to specific activities.

The training needs are determined on the basis of a specified requirement profile by the responsible executive. Training needs however can also result from actual circumstances of projects, improvement measures or other occasions.

The employees must be able to perform their instructions self dependent and precise. This requires that every employee knows the effects on internal and external customers of his work and acts accordingly.
