Statement

In our quality principles we focus especially on our customers’, employees’ and thus on our company’s success.

Our customers are our partners; they decide on our company’s success.

We want to guarantee for high customer satisfaction by realising customers’ needs early and offering suitable solutions quickly.

We offer our customers and ourselves competitive advantages in:

- economic efficiency,
- quality and reliability,
- schedule effectiveness and
- service

The processes described in the quality management guide encourage the transparency, open information exchange and target-orientated cooperation internally and externally and thus serve as quality management verification for external companies and customers. It is a task and challenge to us to question already existing things and develop trend-setting solutions by constant improvements.
One of the most essential preconditions decisive for our company’s success is the qualification, information and motivation of our staff. Thanks to controlled processes deficient products and their causes can be detected quickly and early, immediate and corrective measures are implemented, carried out and inspected. The problems and errors encountered are taken as chances for developing prevention, innovation and improvement measures.
Our company focuses on the requirements of international standards, led by our sense of responsibility to our customers, staff and environment. All employees are asked to actively participate in the continuous improvements of our processes and customer orientation.

Environmental principles

More than complying with environmental directives we are constantly developing towards new technologies reducing impact on the environment as well as energy and resource consumption. Environmental awareness is a task of our entire staff. The company’s management strengthens and enhances the sense of responsibility for our environment on all levels all the time.
We ensure that our environmental policies are put into practice efficiently. The necessary procedures as regards engineering and organisation are regularly monitored and constantly developed. We are acting on our contractual partners to comply with equivalent environmental guidelines and we ourselves work together with the authorities in charge.
We are looking for open and constructive dialogues with the public and support our customers in using our products environmental friendly. The executive board of FCT electronic gmbh grants the necessary financial means for the policy’s implementation.
Our environmental policy is valid for all FCT subsidiaries. All employees are called upon to act according to the guidelines of our environmental policy.
