The FCT group accepts its responsibility and is taking steps towards environmental protection. For this reason we work closely with our employees together and we are continuously carrying out projects on preventing environmental pollution.
In the following you will find some abstracts of our implemented environmental measures:
Heat pump
- Extremely low energy costs
- As there is no on-spot combustion no CO2 emissions are produced.
Utilisation of rainwater
- The consumption of our precious potable water can be further reduced by the utilisation of rainwater.
- Rainwater can be used for purposes which do not require microbiologically clean water.
Heat-absorbing glass
- Decrease of energy consumption for heating
- Each square metre heat-absorbing glass reduces energy costs.
Roof greening
- The guaranteed heat insulation contributes to a decrease in heating costs in winter and a reduction in air conditioning costs in summer.
Area sales representatives
- CO2 emissions and fuel consumption are reduced as our area sales representatives do not exceed a self-imposed speed limit of 120-140 km/h on highways.
Travelling in Germany
- Our sales representatives from the northern part of Germany travel to FCT internal meetings in Munich by train. This saves travel expenses and is more environmental friendly.
