µTCA (Micro Telecommunications Computing Architechture) is a standard introduced
by PICMG. The standard regulates the construction of sub-assembly mounting and
complete system units. The standard describes the requirements when Advanced
MC’s are directly driven by a backplane.
The from FCT developed µTCA power connectors are preferably for use in the existing
power module of the µTCA system. They particularly feature a flat and robust design,
which enables the mating and unmating of cards under pressure.
